"We had an OLD house....to call it a fixer is kind. The owner, a relative, passed on from dementia and had been unable to care for it. His will stated we sell the home and the sale proceeds would be passed on to his heirs.
I stood in the place wondering how I would ever find someone willing to take it on. I found some great reviews here on Zillow for Sean Glaze and called him.
Despite the condition of the home he felt confident he could sell it. He is a highly motivated individual, and he did find a buyer - and not a flipper - someone who really wanted a house like this to make their own with lots of TLC. That old house now has a family who will love it and who I hope will have many happy years there.
He also has a great understanding of the area and what a property will sell for. He gave us a figure in advance and the sales price was close to what he quoted, only higher :)
I would like to add that I was a co-trustee on my relative's will, meaning that Sean had to work with the other co-trustee during the sale, and we are each in different locations. This meant a lot of dual communication. We are also both disabled and don't drive so getting us to a single location to get things done was a challenge.
He was never impatient with us about any of this and in fact during a crisis where I had to get official papers to escrow and could not, sent someone to come and get them for me.
He is very communicative. No email or text ever went unanswered.
